Hello,

About Me

I’ve spent my career studying how cells behave — how they grow, repair, and communicate.


After earning my Ph.D. in Molecular & Cellular Oncology from George Washington University and completing a postdoctoral fellowship in epigenetics at Columbia, I built my career in precision oncology — helping physicians bring molecular testing and targeted therapies to patients.

But after years in the lab and the corporate world, I realized something was missing. Women — including myself — were exhausted, inflamed, and confused by the flood of health advice that ignored biology, hormones, and the way our bodies change over time.

​

That’s when I shifted focus from disease to optimization — blending molecular science, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine to help women understand their biology and feel strong, vibrant, and in control again.

I believe women deserve access to the same level of precision medicine used in oncology — applied to longevity, hormone balance, and daily health.


Through my programs and community, I help women:
