Your 1:1 Process

  1. Initial Consultation (60 min)
    Deep-dive into your goals, health history, and current routine.

  2. Testing & Data Review (Optional)
    Integrate labs, gut panels, or genetic data if available.

  3. Personalized Protocol Design (Weeks 1–2)
    Receive your individualized roadmap—nutrition, fitness, peptide plan, and lifestyle structure.

  4. Bi-Weekly Check-Ins (8 or 12-Week Programs)
    Adjust protocols, track progress, and optimize as you go.

  5. Ongoing Access
    Option to continue with monthly coaching or transition into the private women’s group for continued support.
